I am a Swiss photographer specializing in infrared photography, driven by a deep passion for local landscapes. Through my work, I aim not only to capture the beauty of my region but also to reconnect with nature. Each image is an invitation for me to slow down, to fully live in the present moment, and to appreciate the landscapes around me. My hope is to share this approach with those who follow me online, offering them a unique perspective on Switzerland.
With a background in computer science, my approach to photography is characterized by attention to detail and a constant pursuit of aesthetic precision. By using infrared photography, I reveal poetic and unexpected scenes where colors and textures bring a new dimension to familiar landscapes.
Today, I offer my prints in both limited andopen editions, allowing photography enthusiasts to own a piece of my work. Through my lens, I continue to explore and share the mysterious aspects of Swiss nature, inviting everyone to rediscover these moments of calm and contemplation.

Artistic Approach
During my first exhibition featuring my infrared photos, a visitor asked me if my photographs are “natural.”
This question led me to reflect more deeply on what “natural” truly means. Is it simply what the human eye can perceive, or could the natural world also encompass what lies beyond our visual limits? Infrared photography offers us a perspective that appears almost supernatural, prompting us to question our perception of reality and to rediscover nature in a light that, although invisible to us, undeniably exists.
My artistic approach aims to reveal this hidden dimension of nature. As a photographer, I am both an interpreter of the landscape before me and an observer of elements beyond my control. I like to position this technique between painting and traditional photography: it allows me to capture nature in a way that makes the invisible visible while preserving a degree of personal interpretation.
For me, photographing in infrared is a unique way to unveil nature. This technique blends creativity with precision, utilizing invisible wavelengths to reveal nature from a different perspective, without relying on filters or post-shoot editing. It invites the viewer to rediscover familiar landscapes through light that transcends the limits of our usual perception. As a photographer, I balance between the roles of creator and witness, capturing hidden aspects of nature while leaving space for the unexpected.
This approach, bridging traditional photography and artistic interpretation, opens new perspectives on what is “natural” and how we perceive our environment.
I invite you to experience my approach through the Île de la Harpe. By hovering with your mouse or finger, you can interact and explore a version of nature that surpasses human limitations.
