The same landscape, as many versions as there are viewers.
In infrared photography, colour is not a given, it's a choice. The same place can shift to blue, orange or red depending on how the recorded light is processed. That is something I decide in post-production. Playground takes that decision out of my hands.
Each tree in the panorama can be changed independently. You choose the tone, you compose the scene. This gesture mirrors a real step in infrared processing: the inversion of colour relationships between sky, vegetation and ground. But here, you decide how far to go.
The base panorama is built from five assembled frames. A warm infrared filter provided a richly coloured foundation, with natural tensions between elements. That raw material became an open playing field.
