Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Order and cancellation

Any order may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed.

After this period, production is started. Cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Prices and shipping costs

Prices are indicated in CHF. VAT is not applicable.

Switzerland: shipping costs are calculated and invoiced at the time of order.

Europe: shipping costs are calculated after the order and invoiced to the customer. The customer accepts this cost.

3. Delivery time

Delivery times are indicated on the invoice. Any change in timing will be communicated to the customer. Delivery is carried out by the producer whenever possible, by appointment. Otherwise, shipping arranged through an approved transport service replaces direct delivery.

4. Quality and defects

Prints are checked before shipping. A defect is limited to:

Minor colour variations caused by the difference between screen display and physical medium are not considered defects.

5. Complaint and replacement

Any defect must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

If the defect is confirmed, a replacement is offered at the producer's expense.

In case of damage during transport, the producer provides a replacement, including shipping costs.

Replacement is repeated until the print reaches the customer in proper condition.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with the European directive, any customer located in the European Union has 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without reason and without additional fees. The print must be returned in good condition, undamaged by the customer.

Swiss customers do not benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal, but may request an amicable solution in case of a problem.

7. Liability

The producer is not liable for damage caused by mishandling by the customer after delivery.

The producer is not liable for delivery delays attributable to postal or customs services.

8. Disputes

Any dispute will be resolved amicably between the parties. If no solution is found, the competent jurisdiction is that of the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland).
